PE-RT Type II pipes are fully suitable for hot spring piping systems and offer excellent insulation performance, making them the preferred professional solution for hot spring water conveyance projects. According to the national standard GB/T 28799.2-2020, this pipe is specifically designed for high-temperature hot-water applications, capable of long-term delivery of hot water below 95℃, with short-term temperature resistance up to 110℃, and performance that far surpasses that of ordinary PPR or PE pipes. When exposed to common corrosive minerals in hot spring water, such as sulfur and chlorine, its excellent chemical resistance prevents erosion, ensuring stable pipeline operation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions for up to 50 years. In terms of insulation performance, PE-RT II prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipes are commonly used in projects, with the working tube tightly wrapped around a high-density polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer. The thermal conductivity is extremely low, and heat loss is only 25% of that of traditional insulation pipes. In practical applications, this insulation structure can achieve an impressive temperature drop of less than 0.1℃ per kilometer, greatly reducing thermal energy loss during long-distance transportation. Combining high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and high energy efficiency, the PE-RT II pipe provides an ideal solution for hot spring projects that balances safety and economy.
